A lot of our issues came because we don’t have batting depth . For some reason none of our fast bowlers can hit out . Even if bumrah or shami had thakur like abilities with bat , thakur would have been discarded . role of pandya to balance becomes more crucial . Or perhaps krishna will come in ir even one of the u-19 stars . The no 4 and 5 slots have sorted out . Shaw and Agarwal are good opemers besides dhawan the only spots we are having trouble are with the seaming all rounder - kumar pandya return will help . Until then we are at thakur mercy .
