By a whisker I would back West-Indies -Australia XI who have better specialist batsmen and bowlers ,with more match-winners.Rest of the World team has many more all-rounders,better openers and more batting depth.The math winning killer instinct of Gilchrist,Warne,Viv,Bradman and Lillee could prove a handful even against the likes of Barry,Sunny,Wasim,Imran and Hadlee.Man to man rest of the world could look stronger with their 3 great allrounders but team does not equal the agressive spirit of their opponents.

I have a team to defeat WI-AUS XI

 

1. Gavaskar
2. Sehwag 
3. Kallis
4. Sachin
5. Kohli 
6. KP/ABDV
7. Sangakkara 
8. Wasim
9. Akthar
10. Bond
11. Steyn 

 

Rule is simple for me against attacking sides u need to attack- fight fire vs fire. 

• Kept all pace attack coz no one likes high pace and bradman im sure didnt play akthar kind of pace 
• Why sehwag- simple match winner if he fires he ll win u games and u need such players against such attacks. He did score runs when he went to Aus for World XI. 
• Why KP or ABDV- Well if they have match winners in middle like gilly n sobers so have urs who can take game away. Also KP has played a lot of warne so he knew him and i need one more guy with Sachin to take on warne 
• Why Kohli - Kohli, KP, Akthar are the kind of player who can get under their skin and u need such players

Imran n hadlee - as i said i need pace....no batsman likes such high pace.
