Just unearthing someone is not enough. Someone like Padikkal or Tyagi or Samad or Bishnoi are no less talented than any of the MI names when they were rookies.

 

The talent scouts are doing a good job regardless, however it becomes the responsibility  of the TM,Captain and Franchise owners to groom them and help take them to the next level.

 

Coaches have come and gone for MI so I would say credit to the captain for grooming and developing these youngsters with offline support from the owners
