My father realized that agriculture isn't sustainable and he moved to a nearby city in 1998. He took his family from a small agricultural background to a very good position in his lifetime. They need time. You need to find a transition path and that is what everyone is asking for.

They should start transitioning right now instead of wasting their time acting like thugs.
