His pace is useless, usually. Very floaty for a guy that tall

Wasn't floaty in T20 WC.. Prasidh is floaty most of the times

Want Gurnoor Brar to get a few games.

He is the only true uncapped bounce bowler we have got .... that too 6'5" and 137 k to 147 k.

KKR and SRH messed badly.. SRH still has some promising raw quicks but they are hell bent on losing with Harshal and Undercutter

I find him very similar but unlike Prasidh he often doesn't try to go back of a length as often but looks to swing the ball.

Maybe he recently he has evolved a bit but for most of his career, he was a very floaty bowler.

Very rarely. Gurjanpreet also clocked 138. Most of Wagner bowling was low 130s.

Comparing some thing/one to an 1off/exception is not a good Idea.

What wagner did with 130 kmph speed has not been done before and its hard to repeated. if some1 bowling 130-140 kmph does not mean he is Mcgrath,

And why do people think McGrath was a rank trundler since the time he started playing

He was quite quick ,infact wasn't trundling till 2003 CWC

Trundlers never succeed in all conditions,Philander wasn't an all condition bowler, McGrath was as he had pace to exploit any condition

Just bowled 2 overs in pp, got some outswing , was mostly sub 133 kmph , may be 1-2 effort ball 135 kmph

Not tight , but bowling outs-wing which is already starting from out side, may be 1st game but would be wrong to judge him on t20s .

but at this speeds can not be used in test in Ind either

After all the hype (much deserved) considering he was highest wicket taker in domestic, I was looking forward to Auqib Nabi bowling in IPL.

As you rightly said, looks very much the typical line and length bowler with pace berwen 130 kph to 135 kph and the odd one at 136 kph. He did bowl well but he lacks pace. Good for domestic batsmen to pick wickets with the typical slow but bowling in good areas. Not an international material.

As for T20, I  think at best he will get selected in some IPL matches. At his pace accompanied with predictable bowling, batsmen will just maul him by going down the wicket and playing reverse sweep, ramp shot.

Ipl is different, i will still back him in tests.

I am feeling appreciative of GT.

They have backed Ashok quite well.

Ashok too has shown glimpses of his ability. He is on the right track.

Can be inducted in A sides or even the games against lesser teams. He does seems someone who can do wonders

If Ashok can start bowling good length as default, he can be a very good bowler. He is either too full or too short. Nehra needs to work on this aspect.

His lines are quite ok and he moves the ball in domestic cricket. Pace is obviously very high and he has a good, yorker and bumper.
