That's what a good coach do, Dale Steyn has guided Umran. Hope he is working with Tyagi as well so that we can see him in some of the matches.

Umran had a good seam position even before Steyn guided him

Irfan Pathan has guided him well.

Umran's line and length has improved so much in the last few games.

Giving no width at all ... drastic reduction in half volleys.

Loving it !

Bowling Top of off with pace over 90 mph..  This was seriously good stuff.  Hasaranga was only looking to dead bat everything.

only question is, can he do it in tests too? i would like to see him in tests.

We can genuinely consider him in home tests against one of the weaker sides where Ash Jaddu will do most of the damage anyway. It will be a good way to ease him into the rigors of the format while giving guys like Shami, Bumrah some much needed rest.

Problem is we have Australia next and we certainly want our regulars playing in those games.

Bhogle and Gavaskar trying to make everyone believe no Indian before Umran Malik ever bowled quick.

Was absolutely pathetic to see that.   Even Doull reminded them about Srinath & said Bumrah bowls over 90mph as well.

I think they never saw Srinath, Umesh, Varun Aaron.
Atleast Bhajji was saying in Hindi that Srinath ji was very fast.

In 2012 -2016 period, Aaron, Umesh bowled similar pace to Umran.
