Yeah but they used to host Qualifiers from time to time.  Even hosting world cup games this year.

Glad I dint watch much ipl at all. Since the 2-1 win vs Oz which to me is a loss tbh given the way we performed in the third test vs spin, I haven't watched any ipl or india games apart from highlights here and there. 

 

Still angry about losing that third test vs Oz. What kind of pathetic selections did we make Lel. No kuldeep, no siraj for flat pitch, no sundar. Dint give jaiswal a chance who is averaging 60 in India. As for that useless keeper bharat lol.

He for some reason doesn't seem to me as someone who can be a frontline pacer, maybe because of his heavy frame.

 

He looks a bit like Stoinis so if has batting/big hitting potential then can play as an all-rounder.... Rajvardhan is another one who performed well in the limited chances, but CSK dropped him.

Don't think he is Hardik or Stoinis or Shivam Dube type of a batting all rounder.  I reckon he is a out an out pacer who can bat a bit with bit of a hitting ability like Deepak Chahar had all those years ago.  Would have liked to see him a bit more.

Yes 146 maybe, not 140. Did bowl some deliveries in around 140. But that's his max potential. Not a great prospect.

How's Harshit Rana as a bowler? How quick is he? Interesting to play for same side with his brother as the captain. LOL he better give him his full quota of overs.

Iirc in previous IPL Harshit's quickest was around 145-146

Both Shami and Pandya are down in pace. Dint watch the their last match. But from the discussions here, they both were quicker. Speed gun calibration? Or just a shorter break between matches contributing to that.
