Nothing to check. Siraj is putting in more effort in the IPL compared to the 2 earlier test series. 

 

Point is either way you are complaing and bumrah and siraj aren't genuine fast,so it is expected.

Siraj generates his pace with the help by running hard in his run-up which means he bowls faster in T20 than test where he will have to bowl 20 overs a day. Running hard for 20 overs is not possible. His pace ceiling is also low around 145-147 which happens when he runs hard. His regular pace is 132-140. Steyn is another one who generated pace by running hard but Steyn's pace ceiling was high could bowl over 150+ in IPL, 154 being his fastest. His regular pace was 138-145.

I am discussing and that is what cricket forums are for. And Bumrah has always been genuinely fast. Not Siraj. 

 

You are the one who is too interested in criticizing and complaining about what I am writing about whereas I hardly read your posts barring a couple.

Siraj has clocked more than that, around 150 kph, in the IPL

Umesh and Aaron were only genuine fast bowler from India in 2010s.  All others fast medium including Bumrah, Shami, Siraj. Bumrah can be borderline fast but the pace ceiling is lower than a genuine fast bowler needed means some deliveries over 145 in a spell. Umran, Kartik and Mayank are express bowlers all three regular bowling 145-150 and pace ceiling in access of 152kph which is 95 mph with several deliveries touching 150.

Siraj has run in hard in many tests too. Has hit mid 140s. 

 

He looks a bit burnt out these days while playing the longest format. 

 

Needs a break.

That was few years back, more like anomaly, one off delivery. Otherwise even Bhuvi once clocked 145 but that doesn't make him 145 bowler. Same with Siraj.

Mohsin also bowled smartly in the death..in my opinion he is still not at his best fitness but these are good signs..perhaps he may improve further in pace by End of season if he remains injury free..

 

Mohsin is a smart and skilful bowler. But too lazy to work on his fitness. His health issues have not helped him either. 

 

Let's see if he can get back the zip and bounce that he got off the deck in his pre-injury days. That was his USP and I don't see it yet.

I'm not sure about all his speeds then but in 2018, he was seriously quick even on A tours etc

 

I thought we were talking about ceilings in terms of peak speeds.  If it's average speed, then there is no one who averages 147-148

Siraj has bowled lots of 143 k to 145 k deliveries even in tests. 

 

But has bowled lots of 130 k to 138 k spells too. 

 

He loses rhythm a bit too often.

Yeah,most are not fast,fast is over 90mph.
