He’s fit but Mr Zaheer wants to ‘ease’ him in and wants to resist his ‘temptation’ of playing him based on his interview.

There is no point in keeping the name in list to impact-sub if there was no plan to play him. His name was there to make up the numbers.

Cloud jus be there to stop media/sm speculations if he is still fit or not.

There was a plan to play him. But they lost wickets. But yeah both him and Badoni should be in the playing 11.

Has he played any game after getting fit?

I dont think he needs to bowl a game in the domestics to prove his fitness for a 4 over T20. It’s not a test match.

Can play some 4 over match itself. Else there is chance of breakdown in high pressure game

Yes, there’s a chance that there might be pressure as this format is unforgiving. Even Archer took a long time to settle in. But With the ipl going on, I don’t think such opportunities are there. Probably make a match situation in the nets.

I feel he'll play next match for sure. Easing him in.

Just hope he lasts now and hasn't lost speed.

Mayank is probably gonna be benched now. LSGs pace attack will be Mr Prince, Shardul and Avesh . That’s the danger of being an ‘impact sub’ aka first to be discarded.

Proper age group pacer since Shaheen for Pak.  Star of the U19 WC along with Maphaka.

Vidler, mapaha and raza these were the 3 fastest u19 bowlers in the previous wc.

Just an observation think these psl speedometers are over-clocked by 3-4 kmph, rauf was touching 150 knph ib psl but took 2-3 season to record something like it in intnl cricket, hasnain clocked 155 kmph in cpl donot think he came close to that range in intnl cricket, dhani was running riots in his 1srt season but unable to impress at intnl level.

Think last season shaheen touched up to 145 kmph but didn't replicate in intnl cricket.

Raza looks good prospect has height, v.good action and has wkt taking ability as displayed at psl level. Ubid also touched 145 kmph

Shaheen was bowling around 142kph top speed in NZ.  He is nowhere near at his Virgin Peak speed but he pushes himself sometimes.

Rauf too isn't bowling around 150-155ks anymore in PSL age has caught up with him.  Still pushes at 147-148ks.

I think PSL speed guns maybe fine could be jacked up by 1-2ks at best.  Milne is barely touching 140ks.

Vidler is even more impressive than Raza.   Maphaka was quickest & genuine express pace material.

Raza had great action and follow through.  He seems to have gained some strength... He was extremely skinny in U19 WC.  Ian Bishop was worried that he would break down anytime.

This was a extremely flat Pindi track so impressive outing for Raza this.

Can see him making Pakistani T20 squad sooner.  Akif Javed got tonked for 52runs for Multan.

Shaheen touched  145 kmph in previous IPL and not able to replicate that in intnl cricket.

Was talking about when rauf started touching 150kmph in psl but still took 2 seasons of intnl cricket to record similar speeds at intnl level.

Yes the speeds are not jacked to 4-5 kmph, its around 2-3 kmph.

Yes raza in u19 sf single handedly kept pak in the game kept bowling fast and taking wkt. He as basic ingredients, yes sure can make his debut soon.

Harshit bowling filth today.

Again tried to bowl outgoing balls from a 7th stump line. Seems stupid to me.

Generally poor lines

Medium pace today. 129 k to 141 k till his 2nd over.

No bounce.

Seemed disinterested in bowling at full pace or with focus.
