ravishingravi Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 I really don’t know what dilli people are thinking. I have a feeling that AAP represents Delhi and maybe we don’t understand it. Perhaps his folks might feel good that our CM tried to cover for all of us.

This was know even before audit that Delhi govt wasn't able to manage the transport of oxygen. The allegations is not they demanded more .The allegation is they demanded four times more and they actually received it which is lie. Delhi received max 700 mt while when they were receiving 379 mt then 12 patients died in Batra hospital. . The report itself has data from may 10. ------ Data available to the committee are from May 10. However, the peak of the pandemic in Delhi was on May 2. Data from April 29 "will be made available", according to the report. https://www.indiatoday.in/coronavirus-outbreak/story/what-went-wrong-in-delhi-s-oxygen-demand-assessment-decoding-error-calculation-1819328-2021-06-25 ----------------------------------- Here is what Aiims chief said Oxygen needs dynamic, change from day to day': AIIMS chief on Delhi’s oxygen controversy https://www.indiatoday.in/coronavirus-outbreak/story/what-went-wrong-in-delhi-s-oxygen-demand-assessment-decoding-error-calculation-1819328-2021-06-25 ______________ A very large number of patients were at home with oxygen. Can you share any media link for that? 13 minutes ago, Singh bling said: A very large number of patients were at home with oxygen. In that environment mistakes were possible in assessing demand Quote 4 It is evident that some hospitals could not differentiate between KL (kilolitres) and MT (metric tonne) and this was not examined while projecting a requirement of 700 MT of oxygen. What's the excuse for this? Quote 9 Delhi was unable to transport, offload and store oxygen. Part of the Oxygen supplied was being stored as a reserve. and excuse for this? For once let's say they weren't able to calculate the requirement because of complexity (like unit conversion). However what's the reason for asking for more than what could be handled? What was the reason for demanding more which couldn't even be transported and why those gaps were not filled? Why were tankers waiting at borders? coffee_rules and mishra 2
