Still you have not explained why reservation is needed. According to you even after getting jobs and education at the cost of other ppl you say they are still badly off. Why do this when it doesn't change what it is supposed to?

So according to you not only should they give ppl education, jobs but also promotions based on caste. What's left?

Reservation is not the issue. It's the corruption, yet there is inability to have the honest discussion on it.

Honestly, our country is doomed.  As it cannot have honest discussions on many topics just because it "could" hurt community sentiments. Our constitution itself is part of the problem. A so called freedom of speech without truths. Thus,  there can never be any permanent solutions irrespective of a powerful government or not.

You see it with reservations, Farm Bills, Kashmir. Facts, history are blasphemy. The farms bills, CAA were an eye-opener for me,  straight forward positive decisions yet the opposition are so hostile, and play the victim card of community sentiments...

Yes. A Rich Dalit would face more casteism than a poor UC. Irrespective of the class, UCs do not face caste discrimination.

Question is what does a rich Dalit is doing for SC? For example, why don't they give up the caste benefits and allow other poor community members instead? That's the exploitation within SCs themselves, which itself goes against the motive of reservation.

And some of the results of reservation is our best talents keeps moving away, which is one reason for our growth inefficiencies. Also, our system has rewarded quantity over quality, and the lack of actual skills skills, training is evident in all forms of industry. Like the pandemic has also exposed our medical industry with incompetent professionals around, and thus the corruption, and lack of skills.

What you are basically asking is for introducing a creamy layer like we have for OBC reservation. This is actually solving a problem that is non existent. The SC reserved quota in may places are not even getting full, there are many government quotas which are not filled. Data clearly shows the scenario that you mention, a rich Dalit taking a poor Dalit's place is an outlier scenario.

TN is the only state that has petitioned against the constitutional validity of EWS quota in the SC and it’s hearing is going on. Laanat hain.

What is your point when you say  SC reserved quota is not being filled. So in order to fill it what should be done, or what is not done that is leading to it not being filled. How long should this affirmative self harm action continue to ruin Indias meritocracy.
