Ab Kohli gadha hai to Varun C ko free ka chance de do? I don't think so, he is also very poor in the field, Rahul Chahar should be picked not Varun C.

Axar in last 2 seasons has bowled economically & picked crucial wickets. Jaddu's batting is marginally better than Axar in T20s both can't hit from ball 1 & can rotate strike & probably bash spinners. Axar is a good fielder as well. Jaddu is obviously much ahead in pecking order as it is India but in an ideal World Axar is somewhat Ashton Agar level player... A T20 specialist

No axar is far better a t20 bowler even Krunal is a better t20 bowler Jadeja is to predictable and lacks variation which is why he is easy to lineup n hit, Axar is not easy to hit Even dhoni doesnt use him fully . As far as batting , Both are not capable to bat at 6-7. Neither is sundar his power game isnt that good as well. Jadeja struggles to get going , forget being far ahead as batsman. He has just imrproved coz he is in the grind of international. Axar base n setup is far better for hitting

Use him like how Mahela used mendis....didnt play him many games so no one knew much about him and he shocked us in asia cup. As if chahal is some jonty rhoades na did anyone care for mendis fielding when he came in ?

Lol His IPL stats reads: Average 23.4 Eco - 7.34 Str rate 20 These stats are not extraordinary, they are just good nothing else. Mendis actually set the world on fire when he came, Chakravarty hasn't done anything remotely close to that. Picking a 30 year old with zero international experience and okay Ipl performances in a t20 world cup reeks of desperation. R chahar should be picked coz he is young and performed well in the SRL series too and isn't another liability in the field.

For eating up balls? won the IPL playing one spinner; either R Chahar or Krunal. In the UAE. Rarely did both of them play. If it works for at the venue, it can work for India too. Don't like iyer, get in Jadeja in his stead. Sorts the spinner issue too.
