BacktoCricaddict
From Merck. https://www.statnews.com/2021/10/01/mercks-antiviral-pill-reduces-hospitalization-of-covid-patients-a-possible-game-changer-for-treatment/ They tried it on a grand total of 83 patients and it supposedly reduced hospitalization time by 50%. And they are calling this a treatment? First there was bleach. Then hcq. Then remdesivir. Then ivermectin (jury still out). Now this. Hey Merck, get back with us after you have run RCTs on a 1000 patients. Until then, cut the "gamechanger" crap and stop raising peoples hopes. sandeep
On a side note, any time I read a PR piece claiming "could be a game-changer" it just smells wrong and the credibility goes out the window.

New guy
Sooner or later we will have a break through like this, something which will work very good, we are at the point where we have had enough time. But need enough tests to see if this is the correct one
