KL Rahul has started focusing on consistency in T20 for inexplicable reasons. Kohli cannot produce big overs at will especially against spin. You can tie him down with any random leggie. Hardik is a big convern, hasn't bowled a single ball of late and batting looks atrocious. If he isn't bowling, he shouldn't be in the starting 11.
