That is the problem with your statement.Talent is not grown on trees or it is not something money can buy. There is only one Kapil Dev, or one Sachin.Samething goes with Rashid. If you think Rashid can be produced anywhere then you are sadly mistaken.You are more than welcome to critique mediocrity but that does not change facts.IPL is not a tool to produce talent, it might harness the talent but it won't produce talent.

Your thinking is very superficial and lopsided. Rashid and Mujib are unorthodox bowlers. Such bowlers are not encouraged in Indian domestic cricket. Afghans mostly play T20 cricket so the talent they produce is mostly prepare for that. In India, more focus is on long form cricket so we produce more orthodox cricketers. TBH, we don't care much about international T20 cricket.

Now, you will say that even Ish Sodhi is super talented and we cannot find that kind of talent in India?!
