@ash is maintaining pedestrian distance when I asked about comment from Waqar Younis and should Kohli have taken a stance?

Was Kohli asked that question ? I missed that in the press conference.

Language hyperbole is not the issue here. If someone says "Rape is the most disgusting crime", one has to agree instead of saying " there are more disgusting crimes". Maybe it is true, but what does this acheive in this discussion.

Ok if you remove the word "most" from the language, do you agree with Kohli it is pathetic?

Yes it is. No doubt there.

Yes in a country of 1.4 billion simpu, bintu and jintu wrote something offensive on twitter. What is the excuse Muslims use when something is blown up? There is a billion of us? We're not all like this?

Ok same thing here.

Look at how the legends of Pakistan OPENLY behave brining up religion like some Lebanese Muslims cares about cricket.

I agree. And that's what you do. Just explain that there are some bad apples, not every Hindu is like this, condemn this behaviour, apologize to Shami and move on.

Don't get defensive and try to prove that this never happened. What do you lose by having some humility.

No but was Rizwan asked about Shami? He voluntarily tweeted it.

Kohli also should have taken a stance about bigoted statement from Waqar. He should have said any religious statements from social media trolls or ex cricketers on tv studios is not warranted.

But we all know he will never do that as he is selectively bias.

Then I assume you also condemn the accounts here who wanted India to lose cause Virat Kohli is "anti hindu" for making this statement. I don't see anything Anti hindu in his statement. Do you?

Whataboutery again. Rizwan personally felt a need to address it, so he did. Did Babar azam or any other player tweet about this?

If Kohli was specifically asked that question and if he said no comments, then your question is valid. Bringing some completely different issue into this is just diverting the issue with whataboutery.

I love my country. Wishing my country to loose just because the fool at top is Woke is wrong at many levels. People are getting too emotional.

No kuckli wasn't asked that question and if he was he'd want to win more hearts and say this is sport let's not discuss politics when he'd be indirectly doing so. His Bollywood wife keeps his genitals in a jar since they've been together. He used to be alpha as anything.

Kohli may be woke in other areas like Diwali, but there is nothing woke in what he said yesterday.

He's the captain if I was on that team I'd be in hot water not wanting to take the knee for American blacks. Kohli would have me removed from the team. He should have said something about waqar and not relied on his players to do so.

Its not whataboutery at all.

Kohli says he dont care about outside noise and team is not impacted at all. But then why few instagram posts from no name accounts is bothering him so much?

He already answered about this social media trolling in 1st question itself and when this question was asked again, media manager told its already been answered. But Kohli intervened and said he want to elaborate more.

My point is he is going after fake social media account posts but not a word when someone from his own profession makes religious bigoted statement.

Quite shocking that you are unable to grasp it too which proves how much deep rooted hatred leftists like you have.

Correction. Leftist have deep rooted hatred of only one section. The same posters would going after Naarth Indians in another context. But since this story fits their narrative they don’t mind defending naarthie
