I know this is a Fun thread.    However, many probably don't remember that Pandya was dropped when was on 15.  It was a sitter.  Afghanistan fielders ensured that pandu will now cement his place for another 5 yrs.

even batting requires 100 percent fitness...he should not play if he is not 101% fit. while fielding one can stretch and above and beynd only when he is feeling supremely fit. it is a disgrace that selectors are selecting some one who is not 100 percent fit. 

at one side they are creating tough fitness measurement standards and on the other side they are picking an unfit player.

they should not pick Varun also if he is not fit.

But if Varun and Ashwin are fittest and still this is the best that they can be , then they should be considered into the team.

fitness is Most Important but SKILLS are also very Important.

IN hardik's case it seems his bowling and fielding is totally down into dumps and his batting may or may not be hampered. if i am the selector , i would not pick him , till i see him bowling well and batting well and fielding well.

with dravid the new coachh, i feel sanju samson is bound to get an opportunity soon and i think he is one who would continue to change and give opportunities to new players.

hardik would not remain stable just as a batsman.
