An answer from twitter: Are bhai her  tweet at 12:30 AM on 4th March which means she is living west coast of US or Canada, which is almost 13 hour time difference , so it was afternoon in India and Kohli was out .

Not quite. I see it was tweeted at 1:16 PM on March 3. Kohli got out on March 4th, probably around 1 PM. No part of the globe was at 1:16 PM On March 3 at that time.

I believe Twitter shows tweet in your device timezone. I changed my device's timezone to India time and it showed as Mar 4 at 12:46 AM. So it was clearly made before Kohli got out.
