DK will definitely be there ahead of Iyer. Backups in the batting will be Kishan, D Hooda ( unless he loses form and gets figured out too) and DK. Iyer can find a way only if any of the other three flop and he delivers a couple of good innings in the next few months.

 

Rohit has been excellent with his decisions for T20s. At some point even Samson will get a go although I am doubtful if he will take those chances with both hands.

pradish is not even on radar, had he been he wud have been been given games by now

last 2 seamers will be between- arshdeep, umran, avesh, Deepak chahar or outside chance nattu or any left armer 

 

Dk will always be on thin ice coz he only has one plus , so that will be a combination call . Till now iyer hasnt helped his case but WI series can help his case coz those bowlers have no discipline to attack his weakness . Agar unhone bhi fassa liya to lannat hai uspe

Prasidh may be a long shot. But one performance in ODIs/Tests and selectors will suddenly think his bounce can be used in Aus. They can't differentiate between formats.

 

Yeah DK needs to offer more. We can't have Axar or others come ahead of him in case we lose 4 inside first 15,that'll happen a lot. He needs to do rebuilding too.

 

Iyer will go as backup to Rohit/Rahul/Kohli. Plays at similar pace which selectors prefer.WI tour might save him yes.

they already have marked avesh for that and they have enough options such things happen when they lack options 

The only outside chance will happen for Nattu , he is someone who can come into picture all of sudden

Actually hardik has done that short ball job so well till now , even in IPL final hardik showed a masterclass on how to bowl in middle overs

We are trying to create a morkel out of prasidh which he isnt and rather not think about tall bouncy bowler if we dont have anyone good. Dont create what u dont have or either create it in partnership which is what hardik+DK does when they make power + range batsman. Hardik has been doing that middle over job so well and with bumrah we can get through that phase easily.

he cannot. he is an old hyperspecialist who lacks flexibility, e.g., repairing innings after quick wickets.
