Not sure I understand what you are saying here.

I think what Khota is saying that our win in the league stage now means nothing. If the points carried over, we could have avoided this clash and loss.

 

We are not saying that we don't want super4 format. We are saying that the league stage points should have carried and our changes of reaching finals is maximised.
Now, we are likely facing an exit.

The quality of cricket is the best I've ever seen in an Asia Cup. All 4 sides are capable of playing superb cricket.  We need points to be carried over from the 1st round. Otherwise, it is unnecessarily long and redundant.

The format doesn't matter too much, it is the win toss win match which irks me the most.

1st match, we won toss we won game, yesterday Pak won toss won game.  If we had chased yesterday we would have won too.
