Irish upping their run rate.. imagine if they lose to Ireland LOL

They are out of the tournament. SA pitches have been burial ground for Indian spinners.

They almost did. Had Ire known about the DLS, they would have scored those 5 runs. Gaby Lewis was belting the bowling. The heavens opened up so suddenly that they just couldn't do anything. Tough luck for them but i think we would have won had full 20 overs been played.

Unless a miracle happens, no one is beating Aus. They have firepower in the lower and middle order. Top order is a little suspect but it doesn't matter. Kaur, Shefali, Ghosh and Mandana can win if they chase and all fire.

Seamers have to do the damage here in SA. I don't t hink spinners get any purchase. The thing about Australia is they can be 90 in 15 overs and they can still end up with 170. That is the kind of line up. You have to play 40 good overs against them. Winning a phase of the match doesn't cut it.

Last wc (?) we got off to a good start against them In a knockout game defending a decent total of over 170 with Thakur getting 4 early wickets but we still lost it comfortably at the end.

The sad part about the Indian women team is they are still repeating the same mistakes for last 4-5 years. Harman mentioned dot balls but if you look closer the fundamentals are still weak...running between the wicket, rotating strike, 360 shot making, finding gaps etc. To beat Aussies they'll have to play out of skin.

it is a team that is stuck in early 2010s, no evolution since then

This one is predictable as they are never favorites.

South Africa women's have improved leaps and bounds- in the space of 5/6 years they have become a competitive side.
