Australia wanted to get away with 2 draws. So they loaded the side with batsmen. It is backfiring. It will also take toll on their bowlers which will impact their performance in 5th test.

it's not about whether Eng cheats (they certainly do), but more about their perception of having been cheated

The perception of having being cheated hurts only those who play the game in a fair way, like Kumble after Sydney test.

Aussies had to do better with their bowling, what is point of having tall fast bowlers if you are unable to impose your self on the batsmen. They should have pounded with short pitch bowling.

no, perception of being cheated can enrage anyone, even if those people are cheaters themselves. Aus did a stupid move of reviving an Eng that was going downhill

Anderson is joining the fun lol

If Australia collapse without any clinical batting, some serious soul searching is to be done. They took things casually after routing England in the previous Ashes.

Lol what? Let's replace England with Aus here and assume Bairstow doing the same instead of Carey. You think that would enrage Aus?

Ashes is a serious rivalry but not an emotional melodrama like India-Pakistan match.
