References from senators or high-powered administrators or mutual contacts hold no more (and often less) weight than the one from a nurse/doctor who may have supervised you when you volunteered at the hospital. Need some quality discussion around centrist viewpoints. Thoda tum badlo thoda hum badle. Other discussions like video thread is totally being spammed. Some mod has to delete all spam posts on a video thread which should be kept apolitical. You are a mod! Also, missing a lot of posters who had diverse viewpoints On topic , not all jobs in the software field is IT.
