Indian men will first meet Bangladesh in the Semis then Pakistan in the Finals. 

 

I wonder what kind of squad Bangladesh will send,  Pakistan will have Asif Ali , Haider, Dahani and Khushdil Shah in the side. Not sure if that will be an easy walkover for the Indian team.

^ if everything goes according to what it looks like. India is expected to defeat an associate Nation and then Bangladesh to qualify for the Finals 

 

Pakistan is expected to defeat an associate Nation and then SL to qualify for the finals . 

 

An upset can happen but chances are very small.

SL has sent a very young side...  Except Ashen Bandara all are unknown. 

 

Afghans have sent literally uncles.  They might cause a upset or two on these very very small boundaries.

We already did that with our tour of Eng 2021 and B team playing in SL.

Most folks are expecting an India Pak final in Women's Competition, however SL could be a surprise package this time as their time has been in brilliant form and even winning in England against a strong English side. They will be the team to look forward to and most likely in the final against India. 

 

Pakistan women have a tough opponent even in the Semis.

Pakistan in 2018 Asian Games, 0 gold, 0 silver, 4 bronze

 

Pakistan in 2014 Asian Games, 1 gold, 1 silver, 3 bronze...gold was in women's cricket when India didn't send its team. Silver in hockey where we beat them in the final!!!!! They also won women's cricket gold in 2010 edition. 

 

For them even 1 gold in Asian Games level is a miracle. Why do they suck so much in sports?
 

India since 2006 Doha have won 53, 65, 57 and 70 medals. 

 

India won more gold medals in previous edition than what Pak managed since 1994.
