Canada expels Indian diplomat; Indian government agents behind killing of Sikh leader - Trudeau

I recall discussing the OBL situation with Pak posters.

“OBL is in Pak”

”Provide evidence”

”The US killed OBL”

“The US never showed the face of the body. It could be a fake. Provide evidence that it was OBL’s body”

And so on.

There is no end to this on social media!

PS when India sent the dossier to Pak:

“Where is the evidence?”

”India sent the dossier”

”Yeah, but where is the evidence?”

The Pathankot incidence:

“Where is the evidence?”

“X was discovered at the base”

“It could have been planted by India”

Canadian Criminals killing Canadian Criminals and Trudeau using the opportunity to revive Khalistan issue and garner votes for him. Good that more Canadians are coming to know real truth about background of the plumbers working for them.

But he is not asking for evidence. India is!

The other issue is that GOI has already played the rogue agent card on the attempted hit in the US so it would be hesitant to play it again.

An option is to blame the Bishnoi gang but the Canadian govt has preempted that option by “leaking” that Bishnoi could be working with GOI (and as shown by the use of a drug trafficker in the US case by the Indian Intelligence).

At the end of the day, both sides need to find a way so there is an honorable way for India to exit. India’s image has taken a hit already.

It was a stupid operation by India. It has learned that its intelligence is compromised (no wonder Pak was not really worried about it).

When OBL got killed, few Pakistani wanted evidence to link him to twin tower attack. They kept claiming it was CIA hit job. oBL was another innocent Muslim.

As I posted before:

“The evidence is said to include a combination of video (zoom or something), audio, and emails as well.

Unless new info comes out, at the moment, I feel that India is involved so will not try to do window dressing to make India appear holier than thou.

We have experienced such with Pak too. When we gave them a dossier with radio intercepts, etc., but Pak kept dodging it. With Canada, I think India will try to do the same for a variety of reasons (including for not putting the diplomat in the spot of bother. He would have acted assuming diplomatic immunity). But the concerned parties know where each stand.”

Your comparisons are off. Don't see why you need to bring the Mumbai attacks in here, but since you did, here goes:

Pakistan didn't deny that India had sent them dossiers. Pakistan accepted that dossiers were sent, and that also acquiesced to the fact that all signal intelligence provided showed that the handlers were based in Pakistan and some of them were on Pakistani military bandwidth/spectrum. India kept adding and sharing with other agencies and media out posts as it kept collecting proof in the weeks after 26/11.

There were direct orders by the handlers to execute Western/Jewish tourists and those were shared with the respective countries. Cases based on these were filed against the terrorists in many nations.

Here the MEA has denied receiving any evidence from Canada yet. You see the difference?  Not receiving any evidence is not the same as receiving evidence and denying that it is evidence.

You just repeated " It is said etc etc etc". But by whom? To whom? Sounds like another set of unsubstantiated allegations. It is also said that eating imli before sleeping causes nightmares.

Indian dossiers on Pakistan were made available for all media houses within weeks. The evidence was also used by US courts in the sentencing and trial of Tawahhur Rana.

Here is a link of an initial Dossier sent to multiple intelligence agencies and media houses

A year and 100s of allegations later there is nothing from Canada. Trudeau and Canada are looking like absolute nincompoops at this stage. If they really want to rid themselves of any embarrassment, the Canadian authorities should man up and share openly what they have. Everything else is a massive loss for whatever little global image/standing Canada has.

Bhai, You are being too imaginative. Indian Honesty speaking, GOI knows that a Canadian terrorist was killed in Canada by another Canadian gang member. Bishnoi gang is too hot to handle by Khalistani Drug gangs. They want him out. Its just turf war.

Terror and drug is interlinked in Punjab and Kashmir. Why would GoI act to help Khalistani terror drug gangs in their turf war with Bishnoi gang which has killed so many people in India too.

If he is RAW then all Bishnoi killings in India is actually killing of CIA Assets/anti nationals which isnt case

Canada is not fighting its case on social media.

Canada is said to made evidence available to India (Singapore meeting for e.g.), along with to its partners. The evidence is said to include a combination of video, audio, and emails b/w Indian intelligence and the Consulate. It, along with its partners, have asked India to cooperate.

An issue here is that the Indian Consulate is under diplomatic immunity. Which is why Canada is going through India. If these people are innocent, India has the option to give Canada an access to them.

And proving all this in court is another big task so all is required at the moment is initial cooperation.

As I said that I thought all that too but based on the current info and until anything new surfaces, I think India is involved.

If India did X (including using gangs) in the US, it appears logical that it did X in Canada.

By that logic, Every Punjabi getting Canadian citizenship is a Terrorists because Nijjer was Terrorist.

Canada is not fighting its case on social media. It does not need to work based on how India works, which is relatively an isolated nation in geopolitics. Even Pakistan does not go by India’s procedures.

Laughable that the evidence made available to India at Singapore meeting and the MEA is unaware about it. India has straight up denied receiving any documentation , even when it tried to contact the Canadians. Furthermore , the Canadian police in its presser a few days ago said they have nothing linking India to Nijjar's murder. Its all conjecture at this point.

So unless one is imagining stuff, none of this 'sharing' has happened.

Here is the link to the MEA statement

Relevant excerpt

Since Prime Minister Trudeau made certain allegations in September 2023, the Canadian Government has not shared a shred of evidence with the Government of India, despite many requests from our side. This latest step follows interactions that have again witnessed assertions without any facts. This leaves little doubt that on the pretext of an investigation, there is a deliberate strategy of smearing India for political gains

No question of handing over Diplomats/Diplomatic staff.  That's not how the diplomatic immunity works. If there is a case, the diplomats are tried in their home country. If Canada wants to prosecute these people, the procedure laid down includes filing a police case with the GoI. Canada hasn't done that either. Every action of Canada indicates that it is not serious in pursuing this case, just interested in making some noise.

That is an extremely huge population. Here we are talking about two related incidences linked through intel (the US one was thwarted) and the said evidence.

As I said, it is acting like “where is evidence?”

If you believe there is no sufficient evidence, there is nothing to hide and therefore worry about cooperating with Canada?

they are different. One is in US one is in thousands of miles in a separate counytry in Canada.

From what I understand, Canada has provided evidence. India is probably acting like how Pak acted when India provided it with radio intercepts, etc. when India sent a dossier, Pak said there is nothing credible in it.

At the moment, there is no logical reason to believe that if India can do X in the US, it cannot do X in Canada.

Sadly for Canada, the courts do not follow what you term as 'logical reasons' but operate basis hard facts and evidence.

The comparison with 26/11, as explained earlier, doesn't hold.

You are simply overlooking the fact that there is NOTHING that has been sent to India. It is different than saying there is nothing credible/conclusive.

India may say that when Canada manages to actually send some 'evidence'.

Is Canada Co-operating with India? Why do India must Co-operate. And co-operate for what. SO that Trudeau wins election on some narrative. Its good that rest of Candians are now able to see that so called their political leaders and poor refugees getting citizenship has a past which is Terrorism. More Trudeau goes with the line, More details about these Poor refugees will come out.

Let Canada be proven wrong! Rather than proving India is wrong by evading!

The onus is always on the ones making the accusation to provide proof.

Canada has to prove that their accusations are correct. They can start by filing a case against the Diplomatic staff. They haven't yet done any of this.
