But to answer your question, you can make changes up to game start time. In layman's term you now have 15 hrs and 13 min to make changes ahead of NED - SL game.

You can make changes upto the start of play (you get 20-30 mins after the toss to make changes)

The good thing is that if the match gets delayed due to rain or whatever you have a chance to remove boosters/transfers until play gets called off. Happened in the Ned/SA game
