ViruPaaji
A case of missed opportunity. He will play max 1 more World cup. 60-64 wickets Needed to put more faith in him back in 2019. Link to comment

Serpico
He can cross both Akram and Malinga and become highest WC wicket taker among Asian pacers tomorrow. Hes officially 33 so I don't think he'll be in our top 3 pacers in 2027 Link to comment

Cricketics
While Shami has bowled great, Bumrah has been exceptional. A lot of bats have not tried to hit Bumrah and have been too watchful and this is where game has changed over the years that prime batsmen are watchful towards the opening bowling pair threat. Eventually the first change guys or bowler at other end get wickets when batsmen is attacking. Shami has been a champion bowler but Bumrah deserves massive credit for aiding and helping his other bowlers get some of these or many wickets. Bumrah is the only fast bowler in the tournamen who until semi final has bowled under 4 run per over. It will get unnoticed, but it is one of the reasons for Shami and co getting wickets. Sometimes wickets column doesn’t do full justice. This is classic case of bowling in p’ships. Edited November 19, 2023 by Cricketics Link to comment
