Hiw many of you believe he is 17 yrs as he has claimed… ? this is ridiculous and blatant disrespect of the system.. and when these guys beat the kids on television go to the national team and meet the likes of warner wade ravindra kohli they get slaughtered and go into hiding.. it’s been a pattern for Pakistani u19..

 

 

In comparison there is Nishant Saranu 6,9 , who has been bowling in U19’s , not selected in asia cup since he is not a groomed bowler.. but clearly the difference is huge when you compare the body types of U19 & Claimed u19 player..

when you hear the commentators say about the Pakistani under 19 bowlers that how much control they have over their bowling at such a young age it’s laughable to hear all of this when everyone knows that they are all over age bowlers and have had enough time to fine-tune their bowling skills better than the level of true 19 bowlers . Forget the Asian bowlers. If we look at Australian England bowlers from the past 19 and how they’ve matured to become the greats of the game. It took them years nearly 2 to 3 years to fine-tune their skills and get better at it master the skill of bowling, and we are made to believe that the Pakistani bowlers or so mature at such a young age of 15 16, 1718 that the moment the start playing with the hard ball know exactly where to bowl to what batsmen and how to deceive them. This is  really laughable.

22-23 means extra grooming, they do this to get on to television during U19 and become famous, as this is a shortest entry to the national teams.. And surprisingly it’s not changing rather worsening over the years, eventually it’s going to harm Pakistan cricket, as dravid once told aage fudging has detrimental effect on other players of age cricket who were more deserving..

I respect Islam. I have no issues with anyone who follows their religion. But why utter humdulillah after barely stringing 2 words together? What is the notion behind this? Are you trying to impart some knowledge about Islam or trying to convert people into Islam? Or is it a case of trying to prove you are superior to us in some way given your religious views and sanctimonious attitude?

Any of our current main 11 or main squad players look like they are faking their age?always felt that rohit kohli shami even Dhoni before all lied about their ages.

I am sure in the past SENA nations would feel the same about both India/Pak when they were both blatant age fudgers. 

Now BCCI has done some kind of crackdown over it & even in schools it is very difficult to hide age.  So U19 kids in last few years have been genuine. 

 

Most of Pakistani kids are madarsa ones...  They can still easily make fake ID's & hide their age.  PCB also doesn't cares.  Socio economic condition is poor. 

So all this results in age fudging. 

We should be used to this I think.

If they grew up in urban areas and then studied in English schools scope for age fudging is very less.

Age fudging is a huge menace but this time around they made a concious attempt not to pick overage players. Shahwaiz irfan, basit ali and Aimal khan werent selected for precisely that reason. The rest of these guys have been in the system for long. Most are genuine cases.

I wouldnt worry about age fudging personally. I'm sure it is a problem in Pakistan but it only hurts these teams' senior level production. India benefitted from it in 2018 with Manjot Kalra. These days he can't get a FC game.

 

We had a historically outstanding u19 generation in 2018. It seems this one is nothing special.

Yea Manjot was overage by 2 months. Blacklisted forever. It is not easy to cheat for one thing. If you manage to cheat the system you still will get caught. Also Dravids proposal no under 19 player can play more than one world cup is accepted.

Didn't see the bowling. I think there are a lot of unfinished articles in the batting department.  Hope they develop themselves into a solid player in longer formats.

I will gladly take failures in u19 wcups as a part of grooming if we get some good players for future..but I dont trust vison and thought process of BCCI..
