T20 hacks without solid all round game will struggle at rotating strike and playing risk free which is needed in ODIs.

I have watched List A games like Vijay Hazare and I can safely say unless it is a SF or F, it is nowhere near international cricket quality. Even Bangladesh domestic cricket may have better quality.
