Real rapes not being punished, particularly for powerful people is way way way more in proportion. And most of the "false rape" where celebs got away were mostly because rapes are very difficult to prove, not because the accusations itself were false You can take example of this case itself, the reason given by judge was - The woman went to the room herself and next morning came out holding hands. But anyone, man or woman has every right to change mind even after going into someone's room and can pretend to trust someone just to get out of a dangerous situation. Most rape cases are not punished not because the victim lied, but because rape is one of the most difficult cases to prove. I6MTW and Lone Wolf 2

Since the Nepali court has acquitted him of rape charges, ICC can't do anything. I agree about powerful people getting away with it. Even someone not that powerful like Tarun Tejpal.

Where you record consent before engaging, but throws open other legalities and circumstances though.
Vilander Posted May 16, 2024 Posted May 16, 2024 Pretty disgusting https://kathmandupost.com/editorial/2023/02/01/what-about-gaushala-26 shameful patriarchy and victim blaming.
vvvslaxman Posted May 17, 2024 Author Posted May 17, 2024 There is this srilankan cricketer that guy also got acquitted. But that looks like the right call in Australia.
