Maybe the football clubs scout for Africans in Africa and black immigrants from a young age. Money in football is next level.

Wait till cricket becomes an Olympic sport, India will be struggling to qualify for main events in 40 yrs time and Pak, Bangla, SL etc won’t even be a factor. Same happened  with hockey

the last indian hindu picked for England was like Samit patel... they somehow only want Pooks in their team for diversity

to be fair Punjabis on both sides encourage sport especially the more suburban middle class types. Pakjabi overseas  will continue producing decent cricketers for UK and other phoren countries. Obviously in the last 20-25 yrs they are radicalized but cricket is a strong part of culture.

hockey aint popular nor any money,infact these guys pay to play.Ind though are very pampered .

Maybe Hindus aren't good enough. Samit Patel, Solanki etc. were roobish.

yes hockey isnt popular but Belgium and Netherlands win golds and hockey WCs.... there isnt cricket level money but these people get paid decent by their hockey clubs and they play for pride not just for money. Thats difference with indian crickteres

depends on pitch and playing conditions ,dusty pitches and spin has kept us in play in cricket otherwise if it were solely pace bowling and fielding we would have never made it.
