Gambhir is not a selector. he is doing his job ( not very well) and the selectors are doing theirs.  Plus he got most of what he wanted anyway. In a parallel universe India could also have Gavaskar and Tendulkar in the team and would have thrashed the Aussies. In the real world it is delusional rubbish.

The way Rohit's PR reacted to Pandya replacing him was distasteful. His wife was going after Boucher from her personal account on instagram. Absolutely shameful.

 

It all hurts more because the Rohit everyone loved was the one who was a happy go lucky guy, never cared about anything other than is runs and was cheerful towards his teammates. 

 

The way he has changed since getting captaincy is not going to earn him any fans.

Let's not forget Vada pavs wife was a pr agent. He is the biggest politician in the team right now and extremely dirty one. He is trying to throw everyone under the bus to protect himself.

The only issue I have with Gambhir is his closeness with BJP and hence Jay Shah. If he can take decisions on his own without the board's influence I think he will do well.

Hmm, on second thought yeah it very well could be KL as he has good relations with Gambo ever since their LSG days, that would give him enough confidence to claim captaincy.

It’s not KL. That would be long term option: Mr FixIt is Mr.Kohli. Because he knows only way he can survive is that if he is the Captain. After Rohit is gone, all the eyes will be on the only remaining useless batsman.

no reverse the order. Kohli doesn't want captaincy at this point. Jaddu is not even a certainty. KL is somehow 'senior' and has captained in BD.
