Identified as a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), Amritpal Singh was arrested in Kartarpur, his home town. Amritpal Singh Dhillon had recently returned from Canada and was the one driving the SUV at the time of the accident. Sad way to go. Great achievement in running those marathons at such an advanced age but ultimately a novelty act, we need actual athletes. Gollum 1
