Looks like he has turned in to different beast once out of sharma kohli shadow. Since 2016 in test overseas tour his batting avg is above 40 and in this tour he completely dominated with bat.I agree he should retire from loi and served us for more 3 years in test cricket.

@Gollum, he isn’t really bad in ODIs. Just the #7 spot doesn’t suit him. Rest he is a highly imapctful fielder and barely have bad days with bowl.

He is impactless both with bat and ball. What spot suits him? Very defensive as a bowling option, I would prefer Kuldeep as my lone spinner, and he doesn't have the batting firepower/intent of Axar.

Jaddu and Sundar don't have the ball. Wicket kaise lenge.

 

They will be good to break partnerships. Stupidly bowling 40 overs without spinners.

Jadeja is well past his peak with the ball. His average will only get worse the longer he plays. I suspect somewhere between 25 and 28.

Why would I care about stokes  to hell with him .

I want my Great AR to perform when the team needs him the most ,but bhaisaab went missing on day 5 of 1 st test and now day 5 of 5th test.

That is disingenuous. Even pacers are not taking wickets on such a greentop and you are expecting finger spinner to do it in lesser overs. 

 

Even England spinners were unsuccessful all series except some gifted wickets. 

 

He's on a decline for sure but this loss is not on him
