Unbelievable winning mentality by the Indian T20 Team in particular Shivam Dube who has now gone something like 35 games undefeated in T20I

CSK backed him and made him into the winning mentality cricketer that has played critical roles in WT20 final and Asia Cup final - without doubt two most important games in recent time

Wonderful, is it the same CSK which made Dhoni the chief architect for India losing 2009. 2012, 2014 and 2016 world t20s.

If it was anyone else other than that useless Dhoni captaining India in these cups, India would have won couple of them.

Dhoni and his boneheaded decisions have kept India for not winning the most t20 world cups.

Ind never tried to create a t20i side under dhoni or kolhi for that matter. Dhoni played as a finisher with a SR of under 120 most of this t20I career.

Ind only brought a specialist t20 batter with sky recently.

Never had a good t20 leg-spinner till chahal (he has his own short comings), ppl would say there was no1, there was tambe who they never tired he was perfect t20 leg-spinner, fast through the air, accurate and can spin both ways with little/hard to pick diff. in the action, plus he was good out field fielder.

Never tried to develop yousuf pathan as a t20 batter, he had issues with short ball but who didnt raina had issue. if they had tried a bit Ind would not be having the problems where Ind have not produced a t20i power hitter .

If India had anyone else other than Dhoni (both as captain and keeper) for all those India world t20s India would have won multiple cups.

Kohli just captained one cup and in that cup his main ace bowler did not show up. Not much there to pass judgement there.

Good call about Yusuf Pathan. He was the best X factor we had. INdia kicked him out after a couple of failures.

Sports are culture where upcoming player follow what their stars/hero did or who were. And also domestic and IPL teams tried to get such players in the team.

When Umran worked for SRH there were 3 team who had that kind of bowler or added that kind of bowler-- RCB with Avinash , SRH-Umran and LSG with Mayank.

As soon as Abhishek worked other teams tried to find a version of him for their teams -- PK with Arya, RR with Vaibhav, other teams will soon follow this. Ind opener who can maximize PP and can hit 4/6 of spin and pace.

Yousuf was prototype t20 batter , who can hit 6s and was able to contribute couple of over with off-spin, if Ind would have invested a bit more in him Ind would have couple more players who have followed the footprints
