Ban W have improved a lot, gave Eng a real scare yesterday. 

 

One of their pacers looked really impressive from the highlights I saw.

What worries me is that Aussies have probably gotten their bad game out of the system early on, that too against a minnow. I was hoping their bad day comes in SF or F.

Mandhana's problem is they block her favorite area. Two fielders standing 7 meter apart. Unusually closely spaced. She tries to manufacture shot. She is a touch player. Hence she gets out weirdly. So far timing is good. But all go to fielder.

Pratika is doing her job making up for Mandhana's dotballs.

She sweetly times. But invariably finds the fielder. I think by now they know wher she hits. So they block all her favorite areas with unusual field set. So she tries to go over the top. It keeps happening again and again

Difference between pratika and Smriti is Pratika's field sets are traditional. Lot of gaps for her.
