Abhishek should be introduced to ODIs a little late.  Testing is fine. But Jaiswal should be able to take that role. TIlak varma is unfinished in ODI format.  I think Sai Sudarshan looked way better in SA than these guys. He was constantly rotating strike without getting stuck at one end.

Ruturaj in fine form. We should give him a run. Gill has to take breaks in between. He is bloody playing every format. Every match. Sai is another guy. This Paragh is the most frustrating guy. I think these guys will take 2 or 3 years to attain some sort of consistency as they are still young. People hit purple patch around 28 to 30.  SUryavanshi looks a better prospect as he has much better technique.

Agreed.. I dont want to confuse Abhishek and take away whats working for him in T20s…

Jswal is the natural selection for ODI

They do these thing when they want certain player, Last time as well they sent kamboj and Arora (KKR) and 2 other bowlers were Rasik Salam and Aquib.

And Arror was benched after 1st or 2nd game so that only Kambooj play and they can make case for him. And in no time he was playing for Ind in test.

In short csk lobby wants to ghusao-fy their player into Indian team.

csk identified this v.early into the IPL that you need intnl players in the team to be a good team. Every team will have 4 os meaning intnl level players.

Plus if you can add 4/5 ind intnl player its like a full intnl side.

 

Others took sometime to realize this, and even if they might have realized dhoni was Ind captain he could get his players into the side.

 

Now that they want ipl to be competitive they have increased the Ind talent pool, alot of player getting Ind caps.

IPL teams lobbies, they try to get their players in ind side, Ind A. Even in domestic now a player need some backing. 

 

And even if they are not wining IPL having Ind team players in the side keeps the market value high for such teams
