Modi trip had limited impact on that...India needed to visit Israel as they have significant ties.

Like talking in parallel to Putin with statement...we are buddh ka desh not yudh ka desh, clearly knowing that Putin went to war to protect its sovereignty. I have been a big fan of Modi, since Gujrat times itself. But like every cricketer, we have to move on to a new player who is better suited for today's power hitting. Yogi, Himanta, T Raja Singh, Nupur are the next gen leaders of BJP. Yogi has worked hard to transform UP in next 8-9 years and the result is there, if he wins 2027 state elections as well then its the right time to pass the baton to him. Rajnath, Modi are in mid 70s...not young anymore.

That would be the major cause of the downfall. Just because Yogi has used the massive funds given to UP somewhat fine doesn't make him a candidate for the PM. And the less said of the other guys , the better. With the exception of Karnataka , bjp has always had decent CMs across, that doesn't mean they'll make good PMs. India needs a PM who has some finesse about him as well. I don't see that among anyone in the BJP let alone Congress. We desperately need better leaders. Modi's done an alright job so far. Something's he could have done better. Something's I totally disagree with. Something's he did just fine. But the alternate to modi just can't be the Congress.
