But they're not smart enough to cozy with US and gain control. Saudis have done that consistently to keep themselves ahead in the game in competition to Turkiye. They already faced US wrath during Op Midnight Hammer...dont think they will survive another assault. China wont come for support, Russia has dragged the war for too long, now its starting to feel a drag.

Iran is by no means a regime change. There is deep rooted distrust and resentment on mullahs now. This is not political. Its at even more fundamental level. It is economic and cultural.
