Willow_on_fire Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 Yet another Kick ass performance from him...no bollywood Khan can match this SUPER STAR...:two_thumbs_up: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjEMRXkoDjA]YouTube - *new video* - SNOOP DOGG - Singh is Kinng - RDB - Akshay[/ame]
Gambit Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 He might be the best 'superstar' but he is the worst commentator(IPL) in the history of the universe. Kapil Dev sounds like Shakespeare compared to Khiladi No.1
Cricketics Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan moviez any day over SRK or any other bolly actor movie. both of them are original
silv3rado Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 his commentery was indeed horrible. Him and that west indian commentar tony cozier? storylines are not written by actors so its whether tehy have a good script or not that works. not upto them

Him and that west indian commentar tony cozier? storylines are not written by actors so its whether tehy have a good script or not that works. not upto them Akshay may be the worst to ever commentate on this wonderful game...Tony Cozier, one of the all time best TV commentator.
veer Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 whats soo great about this video? the outfit was like a woman's.... i am AK's fan too.. but this clip doesnt say anythying.. plus the outfit.. sheet.. in the name of fashion, they wear whateva they like..
Gambit Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 But say whatever about the man, he, like SRK, had no godfathers in the industry and made on solely on his own. Very commendable. Also screwed some of the hottest women in the industry. Even more commendable.
Lurker Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 Man I never thought I would say this but Snoop Dogg looked more impressive than AK. Which probably serves AK, and his movie makers, right. I mean in the very least Snoop Dogg is atleast original. These bunch of movie makers are nothing but pretenders what with rap songs. Strangest thing is how bhangra tune has been discarded with rap overtones and throwing of "Punjabi" amidts schizzles and drizzles. Ageed with Veer, nothing remotely great about this video.

Music is universal bro...Punjabi with lil bit of rap is not bad...has been done sucessesfully in the past even this Jazzy b song was supet hit...:two_thumbs_up: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8M9e5S57XfM]YouTube - Jazzy B-Romeo[/ame]
Lurker Posted July 9, 2008 Posted July 9, 2008 Music is universal bro...Punjabi with lil bit of rap is not bad...has been done sucessesfully in the past even this Jazzy b song was supet hit...:two_thumbs_up: Indeed music is universal Willow mate. However when it comes to inspiration it is very unidirectional. I am sure most of us can agree that while Indian(Hindi, Punjabi or any other language) is heavily influenced by West music(specially rap) these days there is no such inspiration the other way around. So it is less of a Universal language and more of a copycat mentality. I of course dont mean to preach in any way. All powers to you if you find the video appealing :two_thumbs_up:
