The savoury ones are Uppu Kozhukattai. This is the lentil one (I don't know the various kinds of dal!!!!) I was telling @Mariyam

It is urad and Chana dal. There is a variation of this made with toor dal in Karnataka too., khara kucchida kadubu  Inspired me to make it

It's not that Telugu cuisine isn't good. It really is.

Gultis invading the space here doesn't help. Most Indian cuisine is awesome except that sweet daal of Gujarati cuisine , get your stuff in order.

Neer dosa is pure carbs.

Appam has some urad dal.

Both of them soak the gravy really well. But you really haven't had the proper appam didn't you ?

How many of the Telugu guys who are boasting about Telugu cooking have actually cooked ? And that doesn't include some weekend biryani.

I really do know my cooking. Kerala cuisine is that damn good. Veg or non veg

Matter of taste. Neer Dosay has a lighter taste.

Love it all.

Even we telugus have the equivalent. Rava dosa that telugus make at home is far better than the other rava dosa available.

As a overall cuisine and including the point that I know how to cook , Kerala takes the point.
