Prasidh is okay for Tests only, and the same goes for Sundar. Gurnoor did well in the previous a series and started well internationally The same goes for Suthar. Ashok is a good prospect for India but he is in the wrong IPL team. Kumar Kushagra has a good List A career better than Tilak and Badoni in 50 over format. Honestly he deserves a spot more than Tilak and Badoni for this tournament tweaker and Vk1 2

Likes of Sarfaraz, Auqib will never truly get a chance and even likes of Axar will be sidelined in favor of poorer options like Sundar Manucrick and tweaker 2

He is not #1/2 bowler but #3 bowler , any match pandaya does not play in white-ball Ind batting end at 5 and even with him it ends at #6. Need bowler who can bat a bit, hang around stitch small partnership and can hit 4/6 when needed. Edited June 16 by tapandrun tweaker 1

Once you start selecting bowlers on so called ability to bat, you will be losing on both ends.

Yes thats why they are giving him chance to develop, he is not that far off from other 2 pacers selected in the A side. If the primary skill of 5 players are similar level then try to develop the player with some secondary skill they can be more useful and provide balance. express bowling 1

He is already 28 with just 5 FC matches.I doubt he has much future.

Bowler with pace does not make it to the playing 11 in domestics , he should be looked as stop gap and can be used there are only 3 LA pacers with 140+ kmph pace. Him, MIshra and Naman. Then there is tried and tested khaleel who does not seem to improve on anything but keeps making come-backs just because he os LA pacer

Arshad's batting is just a bonus addition nothing more.

Ind does not have many options in this area -- Naman, Mukesh, Mishra, Gurjap, Mohsin Gurjap does not have the pace, Mishra and Mukesh will be nearly same age as Arshad and Naman is new, Mohsin is not even fit to play t20 not sure he has fitness to play Odis . Then there is khaleel.
