Tilak is underwhelming in all the departments. Why is he letting them score so many singles with such an alarming frequency which he and Ruturaj couldn't do. He let the game drift and now they are ahead of the DLS par score by 3 runs.

Zeeshan Ansari was the best leg spinner in Vijay Hazare.  I am sure they picked this Nigam for his batting. This trend is alarming. india has stopped focusing on match winners with ball. I am sure Arshad khan was also preferred for his batting. If that is the case you have to score 400. Not 349.

This sort of result needed to happen, awful bowling attack, not sure what the logic behind 4/4.5 bowlers., that is without even mentioning the fast bowling selection.

Yudhvir can bat he is a better option than arshad

Tilak Varma: Afghanistan played well but at the same point we were thinking that the game will go the distance. If it was a 38 overs game things could have been different.

If we have such batting depth then it's so puzzling to see the defensive approach taken by Tilak and Ruturaj. What is the point?
