Dube will drop 2-3, catches per game and will cost the side. He is okay for T20 and stuff but it will be tough to hide him in the field in ODIs. His bowling is strict Military medium anyways. Nitish I feel offers much more as a player. About time we invest in a young pace all rounder as Pandya's fitness is up in the air. Manucrick 1

Reddy is more of a batting all rounder anyways. Excellent hitter of spin and capable vs pace. With more exposure he will surpass Pandya eventually. Pandya at 22 was awful player of pace and only used to hit spin. Bowling was mid 130's and too erratic. That being said a fit Pandya as of now walks into our team. But his fitness and focus is all over the place atm. express bowling 1
