:hysterical::haha: What do you smoke dude? Pass it on will ya? That is like saying that criminal X who has been committing crimes all his life on being caught demands a jury made up 100% criminals only. If anything the reason you gave supports the argument that he is too close to Islam to look at the religious text from a critical neutral point of view. Don't take Dada's or Sharuk's word. Read the text yourself!
He is a moderate muslim not because he says so but because he practices moderate Islam (no fundamental ****). If you look to hate a community in every part of their actions, then you will more than likely find something to hate them with. So you guys have fun. I'm done arguing. I'm sad for my nation that in a board of 5741 members, we have at least 20 people who have so much hatred filled in their hearts - in a nation of 1.2 Billion we have at least 1/2 a million people who are so much indulged in hating a community - its just as dangerous as being an extremist fundamental. Whatever suits you though.

Did you look at the poll thread started by BossBhai ? The poll stands at 35-6 last time I checked. You should be sadder. :two_thumbs_up::two_thumbs_up:

Waheeda Rehman was like a deer in headlights throughout the whole show. Age has caught up with her I think, she seemed clueless. Someone mentioned that Dec 6, 1992 was responsible for all the violence in India. What utter rubbish - 1984 riots, Sikh militancy in Punjab, ethnic cleansing of Hindus from Kashmir, Bhagalpur riots - all forgotten in passing. Can some of these idiots answer why it is that not one Kashmiri Pandit turned into a terrorist after being ethnically cleansed, yet Muslims justify terrorism as a consequence of communal riots?

This is hilarious. When influential Indian Muslims come out and openly, and publicly condem these terror attacks and fundamentalism we have people telling them they are ignorant of their religion? This is exactly what's required now. For Influential Indian Muslims to continue to condem this radicalism so they set an example for everyone else to follow. They are clearly choosing the love of their country over blind belief and adherence to their religion when the two clash and for that they should be commended. And this is coming from a guy who's not a SRK fan.

Take heart man. 50/60 years ago under the same circumstances we would have seen widespread communal violence between neighbours of different religions in towns, villages of India. Now there's a much greater sense of unity and at least to my knowledge there hasn't been major instances of Hindu backlashes against Muslims, which is exactly the kind of thing these terrorists would have been hoping for. These people can talk the talk but when it comes to the crunch they're just blowhards letting off steam.

Islam doesn't allow killing innocent, but allows killing kaffirs. So, it doesn't matter if kaffirs happen to be from Mumbai or USA. In short, there are a lot of interpretations of Islam and some consider the followers of other interpretations different from theirs as kaffirs and kill them. So, anything goes in the religion of peace. Is that an oxymoron?

http://www.ndtv.com/convergence/ndtv/video/video.aspx?id=46516 take a look at it... 'i am scared... and i cant do anything about this'' what kinda comment is that?? you are almost the most powerful muslim in India.. wat you mean you cant do anything .. for god sake say something.. even pakis hear you and look up to you..
What he means Veer is that these are confusing times. I agree. What he means is that the situation is volatile in India, specially in Mumbai, where people are demanding actions. And while that(demanding action) itself is not wrong it can take very dangerous propotion if it is not processed through. And as a celebrity whose voice holds certain weightage he is scared to add fuel to the fire in any way. I agree. I think what he left unsaid was that if he did not come out explicitly stating what Narendra Modis of this world want to hear he would land in soup again. Remember a chota politician like Amar Singh made SRK's life miserable. And while we all clamour for Aamir do I need to remind what Modi did to him, and Yash Chopra. So yes if I was SRK I would be afraid. Damn straight. xx

To be fair SRK spoke well and made sense at times. Main flaws were his false words on islamic religion. However, can't blame him for lying and saying it was a peaceful religion. Also flawed was his words on what to do with pak. He seemed far to sympathetic towards them, all this give them a chance blah blah. Should have been saked what if they let us down again, then what?

what are you afraid about? there are lot of muslim celebrities who came out with their opiniosn and said where they stand.. so being the most prolific, influential muslim celebrity, you better say something in times like this.. dont tell me he is confused.. he even has a hindu wife.. he should take the lead.. when I go to India, I see him in every 4th and 5th commercials on TV, and i think ok he is good and knows how to market himself.. and also influential so brands are going after him.. but then where is he when people really needs him.. do you know if he says something along this line ''Indian muslims have nothing to worry about.. pakis and outsiders should get this clear.. we are good and if something is happening is our internal problem.. outsiders should stay out'' .. i bet atleast 10 muslims across the borde would listen to him and surrender arms.. the guy's influence is unparalles in pakiland and many muslim countries.. and among youths.. so in times like this.. dont say ''i am scared.. '' that sent very wrong message..

Can he say that the terrorists who did this are going to hell ? Will he..I don't think he will. Why is the anger still missing ? Why the **** is every Muslim so ****ing timid while criticizing thse henious acts ? That is the kind of strong statement that is needed in these times...not the usual lame weak PC stuff. Can he say something on the lines "I want to tell the Muslim brothers in India and Pakistan that if you do something like this, you are going to Jahannum" ....No balls...don't blame him though..he only strengthens the silent Muslim majority stereotype
