flamy Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 Harry Potter is a damn good read, as anybody who's read it will tell you. Dementors, muggles, the ministry of magic, expelliamus charms...absolutely fab. Anybody read the new volume of short stories...The tales of Beedle...? Harry Potter is awesome! Voldy Kutti :icflove:
diegovegaz Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 he is really having a bad time it has been there with his bat, now his slip feilding is being affected as well dropped a couple of crucial chances he couldn't even hold on to the helmet!!! i feel sorry for him he is going through a very very hard period, we should support him to the full unlike butchers dying to kill him out of the squad

As others have mentioned, he completely sucks the life out of the batting after veeru/ghambhir gives us a good start. We need to send him to domestic matches and try out the likes of pujara, rahane, badrinath.
Shane Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 good point!he deserves our support Hypocrit !!! Double Standards !!!

diegovegaz Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 everybody cant be like sehwag/viru.we need to send rahul at 5 on a few occasions perhaps, this is the time to promote laxman to number 3 if we are set to chase a total of 350, our top three need to fire laxman at 3 will prove to be very useful in carrying on the momentum given by our openers maybe if rahul bats with dhoni at the other end, his time may change, coz dhoni is now known to be a part of big and crucial partnerships dravid at 5, with yuvraj and dhoni to follow, might prove to be a blessing in disguise as a poll result on dial c for cricket, with 52 % not supporting rahul, it is still the 38% that shine in saying that the wall will stand tall
Guest Hiten. Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 what? Why can't you show the same support to the man who according to you does not deserve to be the captain ? If you can show support to a guy who according to us shouldn't be in the team :winky:

Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 dont tell me u rate dhoni n dravid equally?dravid has won us most matches as a batter and has scored runs all around the world?wat has dhoni done? But RD has done jack sh it in the past 2 years. So are we going to keep players based on their previous performances ? Dhoni's captaincy won us the Australian test series 2-0 and helped draw RSA series 1-1. So based on that you shouldn't be complaining about Dhoni's captaincy.

ludhianvi Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 ok guys, Dravid is going to leave an impact in the second innings. My sixth sense tells me this and it cant be wrong too many times.

Sachin_Rulez Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 I can't believe people are still backing dravid to come good. For how long????? for the past one year we have been hearing these.. Dravid will score in this series, this innings, that innings, need him for big series against aus, one big innings away to get back to form...blah..blah.. Salute Dada for quitting the game when he was still good enough to hold his place and shame on Dravid for continuing like this... I'm afraid, 2 years of continous failure already downgraded his status from 'great' test batsman to 'very good' test batsman...
