Dude, it wasn't just ONE guy that was playing dead. There were two guys who were playing dead and one guy was right beside the umpires' van who could have gotten up and driven them away to safety. If it was one guy perhaps it would be understandeable, but the PCB and others have said that there were supposed to be what 20-24 guys protecting the buses. 6 died and three more were injured, two were playing dead so where are the rest of the dozen or so security personnel? They were clearly not in the scene and probably fled on foot. Then there's a matter of the ambulance which was right beside the umpires bus and literally took off in the middle of the carnage leaving them to the terrorists. It was a complete and utter break down and if not for the brave driver in the Sri Lanka bus it could have been catastrophic because the security clearly was a joke. Instead of acknowledging the problems and lax security these people are parrotting on about how the security was good and the Broad, Tauffel and others need to be banned etc. I'm know shootings and incidents occur in India too but when there's a disaster like this one at least people take responsibility and resign from office and own up to it, but I'm pretty shocked at the responses from the PCB and other officials.
