It's so hard to find good veggie food in the US :(( Anyone tried falafel from Maoz? I like it
I used to think the same way man when I first came to U.S. But trust me, now it gets really to order because you got to order with some confidence. Infact in every restaurant I can easily find plenty of items. If suppose I go to TGIF, I can order and tell them to remove certain things and get that product ready for me as a veggiie item. Me and my other friends here came up with never seen before Taco Bell's Potato Quesadilla. I mean Quesadilla comes with mean right. We told them to put no mean and instead put potatoes. It just tastes great with their fire sauce. You got to triy that. They might charge you extra for potatoes but it's worth it.

 That's still OK. I had some Jain friends.. no onion no garlic no potato, no egg, no meat. Was a painnnnnnnnnnnnn to find a single dish in a restaurant that they could eat. Then they would have paryushan where they couldnt eat green veggies :WTF:

But it's still a non veg restaurant man. How do you know if in the kitchen if they are changing the gloves, etc? I've significantly reduced the list of restaurants where i eat outside now. I mainly go to a Dosa place now (100% veggie), sankalp same as well. I eat most food at home now.

I mean you go to those nice restaurants in India, and you don't know what the hell is happening in the back in the kitch there. An average Indian person working their in kitched is bound to commit more dirty things, like not using gloves, wiping nose with hands and doing things without using paper towell or anything. It probably should be happening every day in probably every restaurant. So I decided not to think much about it. I mean i still ask the person who makes my sub at subway to change his/her gloves. I do my part which I can do the most and rest you can leave it to god. You don't have control of other things.
