Detonator Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 what diabetis .. :finger: its still hot for me .. moved from 20-25 degree place to 25-30 nw who said curd will reduce body heat? Curd you get in shop actually increases body heat, buttermilk (neermoar) will cool down. Having cold milk with honey in empty stomach (not the fake dabur one u get in supermarket, a legit honey taken from a beehive) is the best choice. For time being use some 8 or 9 sesame seeds (ellu) in water and drink. :two_thumbs_up:
velu Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 skipped yesterdays lunch and replaced it with oranges.. felt tired and slept at 6 pm ( too tired to take dinner ) and got up at 1pm today .. checked my weight at the same reference point and it looks like i lost 600gms
