NZ, England, SL, Pakistan they all sucked. Who sucked less matters. But you are right. They lost to Australia C team. They lost to Srilanka. Shouldn't be there at no.4. But because of relatively weaker positions of the other teams they are at no.4

The rankings system give same weight for each international game. Its not natural to play badly or relax after 3 games. 3-2 is lot better than 5-0.

Even tough Pakis lose, they lose very closely. They do win the dead rubber games -- like they did against Aus and SL. And as far as ICC is concerned -- dead or alive is all the same. Whether you play C or D teams -- it is still the same.
